Veterans

FOREVER YOUNG SENIOR WISH
Since 2009, Forever Young has been able to honor 249 WWII veterans. We’ve taken seven trips to Washington D.C., one trip to Europe, and one trip to Pearl Harbor.

HONOR FLIGHT
Honor Flight mission is to ensure that WWII and terminally ill veterans from any war have the opportunity to see the memorials that have been erected in their honor, free of charge, and accompanied by volunteer guardians who pay their own way.

A WARRIOR WISH
The Warrior’s Wish Foundation is the first and only of its kind granting wishes exclusively for Veterans of the United States Armed Forces who are battling a life-limiting illness. Working with an extensive network of Wish Facilitators, we grant wishes for Veterans in all 50 States.

Adults

CROSSING THE FINISH LINE
Must have a physician diagnosis of cancer, be between the ages of 24-50, and reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.

DREAM FOUNDATION
The Dream Foundation is a wish granting organization for adults with a life limiting illness and a life expectancy of one year or less. We do our very best to grant dreams for those unable to create them on their own.

HAPPINESS UNLIMITED (Also known as One Gift, Inc.)
NEW JERSEY – A wish fulfillment program for adults with cancer.The wish recipients must be patients at one of the 7 hospitals OneGift Inc. is affiliated with: Clara Maass Medical Center, Morristown Memorial Hospital, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Overlook Hospital, Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, and Somerset Medical Center, and Trinitas Regional Medical Center.

HONEY ROSE FOUNDATION
UNITED KINGDOM – Grants wishes for people 40 years and over, who are suffering from cancer or a life-threatening illness.

SECOND WIND DREAMS
(National) Grants dreams for elders who are living in elder care communities (nursing homes, assisted living, or hospice).

SUNSET WISH FOUNDATION
Grants wishes to terminally ill adults 18 and over in North Carolina only.

T-BAUM FOUNDATION
Grants wishes to persons who have resided in Southeastern Wisconsin for at least one year, be at least 19 years of age but not more than 60, have a life=threatening illness as determined by a doctor; and not received a wish/grant from any other organization.

TWILIGHT WISH
Twilight Wish grants wishes to deserving elderly, age 68 and older, who earn less than 200% of poverty level annually, or who live in a nursing facility.

WILLOW FOUNDATION
UNITED KINGDOM – Dedicated to funding a special day for teens and adults 16 – 40 who have a life-threatening or life-limiting condition.

WISH FOR OUR HEROES
WISH for OUR HEROES started with the goal of providing one wish for every deserving military member. There are no requirements – military members simply have to be on active-duty at the time the wish is submitted. Our priority is to always grant basic needs or emergencies first – anything from putting food on the table to assisting with car repairs, home repairs, baby supplies, clothing, etc. When basic needs are met, they also enjoy providing fun things like sending the troops to athletic events, sending them on vacation to get re-acquainted after deployments, meeting celebrities and more.

WISH UPON A HERO FOUNDATION
Wish Upon a Hero Foundation is uniquely different than most charities because their mission is not focused on a single defined cause. They support a broad range of needs. We are non-discriminatory of age, sex, location, or cause. They  grant the wishes of newborns all the way to senior citizens. Not only do they support the most well known causes in the world (Cancer, Heart Disease, Cystic Fibrosis, Down Syndrome, Autism, etc.) they have also become the organization that raises money and awareness for rare diseases and specialized disabilities.

The Wish Upon A Hero Foundation provides assistance with: basic needs, living needs, healthcare needs, pet needs, service needs, and educational needs.The Wish Upon A Hero Foundation supports the philanthropic efforts of individuals,organizations and companies by using social media, technology, and marketing to raise money and awareness. Their community-centric approach to helping has enabled their network to react and  support areas in times of natural disasters and emergency situations.

Children

ADVENTURES FOR WISH KIDS OHIO – Provides year-round continuing support and lasting memories for children and adolescents with life-threatening illness and their families., including siblings.

ANGELWISH
(National and International) Grants wishes to children that are living with HIV/AIDS.

BELIEVE IN TOMORROW CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION
MARYLAND – Provides hospital and retreat housing services to critically ill children and their families.

CANADIAN CENTRE FOR ABUSE AWARENESS
Provides a camp experience for children who would not otherwise have the opportunity to go to camp.

CHILDREN’S DREAM FUND
Grants wishes for children 3-18 who have been diagnosed with a life-threaening illness, and who live in West Central Florida.

CENTRAL ILLINOIS DREAM FACTORY
Grants dreams to children who are 3 – 18 who have been diagnosed with a critical or chronic illness.

CHILDREN’S HOPES & DREAMS, WISH FULFILLMENT FOUNDATION
Grants wishes of children diagnosed with chronic illnesses, as well as match special pen-pal friends, sends ‘Kids Kare’ packages and operates a retreat home for the parents of ill children.

CHILDREN’S WISH FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL, INC.
Fulfills the favorite wish for any child not expected to reach age 18.

THE CHILDREN’S WISH FOUNDATION OF CANADA
Provides children 3-17, living with a high-risk, life-threatening illness the opportunity to realize their most heartfelt wish.

DERRINGER’S DREAM WISHES
Provides non-trip wishes to children between 4 – 19 who have suffered or been witness to some form of abuse.

DREAM-A-WISH FOUNDATION FLORIDA
Giving those who have only a few tomorrows a happy time today.

PENNSYLVANIA – Fulfills the dreams of children who are seriously, chronically, and terminally ill and who reside in the greater Lehigh Valley are of Pennsylvania.

Grants wishes to seriously or chronically ill children 3 – 18 who live in the greater Kansas City area.

NORTHEAST FLORIDA – Provides wishes for children 2 1/2 – 18 battling life-threatening illnesses in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.

DIAL-A-DREAM
UNITED KINGDOM – Fulfills the dreams of children 3 – 18 suffering from a life-limiting and life-threatening illness.

GIVE KIDS THE WORLD
(National and International) – Works with other wish foundations to send children with life-threatening illnesses to the Central Florida area.

UNITED KINGDOM – Provides holidays and experiences for children and their families where the child is diagnosed with terminal cancer.

KIDD’S KIDS
TEXAS – Takes children 5 – 11 who suffer from a chronic, terminal, or traumatic illness on the trip of a lifetime to Walt Disney World.

KIDS WISH NETWORK
Grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.

MAGIC MOMENTS
ALABAMA – For children living or being treated in Alabama. Dedicated to fulfilling non-medical wishes to children 4 – 18 with chronic, life-threatening illnesses or certain life-altering conditions as long as the child is cognizant that he or she is receiving a wish.

MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION OF AMERICA
Grants the wishes of terminally ill children. (Includes Guam and Puerto Rico)

MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION OF GREATER OHIO & KENTUCKY & INDIANA
Grants the wishes of terminally ill children.

Serves various regions in Canada granting wishes of children under the age of 18 who have a life-threatening illness.

Fulfills wishes of children 3 – 17 who have been diagnosed as having a terminal or life-threatening illness. Serves New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

ROUND TABLE CHILDREN’S WISH
UNITED KINGDOM – Grants wishes to children suffering from life-threatening illnesses.

A SPECIAL WISH FOUNDATION
(National) – Grants wishes across the U.S. for children diagnosed with life-threatening disorders and are under the age of 20.

A SPECIAL WISH FOUNDATION, INC.
Grants wishes to children under 20 who have a life-threatening or terminal disorder. (21 chapters throughout the US and one in Moscow, Russia)

STARLIGHT CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION
(National and International) – Helps seriously ill children and their families cope with their pain, fear and isolation through entertainment, education and family activities. Serves the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.

STARLIGHT CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION CANADA
Grants wishes to seriously ill children in Canada.

SUNSHINE FOUNDATION
Fulfills the wishes of chronically ill, terminally ill, handicapped, and abused children throughout the United States.

SUNSHINE FOUNDATION OF CANADA
Grants wishes to children with a severe physical disability or life-threatening illness.

TENDER WISHES CANADA
Grants wishes to children 2 – 19 who have a life-threatening illness and reside in the Regional Municipality of Niagara.

UNITED SPECIAL SPORTSMAN ALLIANCE
Grants wishes to children or adults who are terminally ill or disabled on a Dream Hunt, Fishing Trip and Camping or Canoeing.
